Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email — we’ll take it from there!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (our doodle team is fast!), so contact us at hello@roxyandkylo.com ASAP. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. only. We’re working on going global — stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
Most items ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the product and your location. Some items may ship separately if fulfilled by different partners — more packages = more happy mail!
How much is shipping?

Maybe, maybe not! Some items ship from different production partners, so you might get a few separate packages.
Returns & Issues
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Most of our items are custom-made just for you (or your pup!) and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. But if something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@roxyandkylo.com within 7 days, and we’ll make it right!
