Right now, we ship within the U.S. only. We’re working on going global — stay tuned!

Most items ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the product and your location. Some items may ship separately if fulfilled by different partners — more packages = more happy mail!

Most of our items are custom-made just for you (or your pup!) and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. But if something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@roxyandkylo.com within 7 days, and we’ll make it right!
