Welcome to Roxy & Kylo! By accessing or using our site, you agree to the following:

1. Order Processing
May of our products are custom-made or fulfilled by our trusted production partners.  Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately.  Because of this, orders for custom-made or print-on-demand items cannot be cancelled or changed after 1 hour. 

For affiliate or third-party products, order processing and fulfillment are handled by the partner site according to their terms.

2. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for details.  Times and tracking depend on your location and item type.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Most of our items are final sale (because they are made-to-order).  If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. 

4. Customizations
Please double-check custom details like names or spelling.  We can't offer refunds for custom order mistakes once produced.

All designs, content, and products are owned by Roxy and Kylo.  Please don’t copy our  or use them without permission.
